- Confirmed to booking with us not less than 7 day of your moving date
- The staff will make an appointment to swipe the credit card within 7 days during the booking confirmed.

 

Payment process for transfer to the company account

2. In the case booking by pay through the company banking account

   2.1 Value of work less than 3,000 baht requires a deposit to book and move at least 500 baht, more than 3,000 baht, a deposit is required to book and move at least 40% - 50% before work. The remainder is paid upon completion of work.

   2.2 Works that use variable equipment such as packing equipment, etc. worth more than 3,000 baht require a deposit of at least 40% - 50% before starting work. The remainder is paid upon completion of work.

   2.3 In the event that the origin is Bangkok and the destination is a province more than 300 kilometers away from Bangkok.

   2.3.1 50% of payment must be made before work, the remainder to be paid upon completion of work.

   2.4 In the event that the origin is a province far from Bangkok more than 300 kilometers and the destination is Bangkok.

   2.4.1 50% of payment must be made before work, and the rest is paid upon completion of work.

   2.5 In case of transportation to other countries, a deposit of 50% of the domestic management price must be made before proceeding. Excluding document and customs clearance fees, please contact Good move International Department.

 



3. If payment must be made via credit or debit card

   3.1 You must have agreed to reserve the queue at least 7 days in advance and the staff will arrange a warrant to enter the place for payment.
   3.2 When you request a credit card service The company will charge a 3% increase in moving costs for the service fees that the company has paid for the card swipe machine.
   3.3 Agreement when paying credit card payments will be in the form of payment according to the agreement to choose the form of payment in full amount only.
   3.4 In the form of a credit card payment system, once you agree to book an appointment with us, you will not be able to cancel the transfer. Or if the queue is postponed, you must inquire about the queue that will be postponed 3-5 days in advance of the moving day in order to check the queue according to the system and confirm the transfer date into the system.
   3.5 Service areas for customers who use credit cards cover Bangkok and its vicinity only.

4. After payment has succeeded then the company will lock the queue as your booking date

  - After complete the job, you can tranter the rest of money by company account as follow above or you can pay cash with supervisor on site 

 

• In the case booking by credit card payment
  - Confirmed to booking with us not less than 7 day of your moving date
  - The staff will make an appointment to swipe the credit card within 7 days during the booking confirmed.


Payment terms

• In the case of booking an appointment, pay through the company's account.
  - When the work is completed, the customer must pay the full amount as agreed.
  - In the case of Credit, customers must be our Membership (regular customers who use the service continuously more than 3 times) of us only.

• In case of payment via credit card
  - Pay the deposit of the full amount of the moving fee.
  - Once the payment has been made, the moving service cannot be canceled or refunded.
  - If there are additional moving items and the company considers adding expenses Must be paid through the company's bank account in the part of the additional cost only.
• The company has no policy for employees to charge additional moving fees on site without going through any company at all. (except for the box fee that meets the conditions, must be purchased on site)
• Terms and conditions are as specified by the company and reserve the right to change without notice.
